The Royal Arboretum has immense propensities. A Fast Track learning center to quicken integration for migrants. A center to revive British culture for indigenous British people and especially the Church of England whom have failed lamentably to secure a continuity to its great legacy. The Royal Arboretum will develop into into its true function as a 'Nation Building Institution, to facilitate regime change with A PLAN. ' This will also inspire to create 2 New Nations to mitigate the War in Ukraine and the War in the Palestine by Israel. After 2,000 yrs and more Israel has begotten its own nation. It is time all the nations of the world especially the 'West' created a Nation Building Institution specifically to found new nations for the world's refugees, especially Palestinians.  One in Egypt and another on the island of Cyprus? Both can reflect a merger of  Hong Kong, Singapore and Britain and ultimately American culture. At the moment wealthy Arab cities such as Dubai once flooded with ex British folk now find their 'soulless' life lacking in CULTURE. The Royal Arboretum is the venue to sustain the culture which alludes Britain, Europe and America.
